Appointment Cancellation

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $50. This helps cover the time reserved for you and our staff’s availability.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), a fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged. This ensures that our schedule remains efficient for all clients.

Rescheduling

We are happy to help you reschedule your appointment. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you’re unable to attend your appointment due to a legitimate emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
